About this course
This Masterclass On Occupational Safety And Health Act 1994 (2022A) Course is suitable for all factory employees, engineers, managers, directors, contractors and maintenance staff. This Two-day course teaches the legal obligations for the factory owner, employers and any entity engaging in various manufacturing and industries.
The training covers also Regulations under the OSHA 1994. Participants will learn the history, legislation and guidelines surrounding chemical and physical hazards specifically on the Occupational Safety and Health 1994 and 2022 Amendment plus duties, responsibilities and rights from both the employer and employee. In addition, participants (both employers and employees) will learn the legal obligations and how to observe and to avoid accidents and legal action arising from accidents.
