Ergonomics & Manual Handling For Workplace Safety
This programme equips participants with practical knowledge and skills in ergonomics and manual handling to promote workplace safety. About this course
This course is designated to provides participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in ergonomics and manual handling based on the latest DOSH Malaysia guidelines. The course aims to reduce workplace injuries related to poor posture, repetitive tasks, and unsafe manual handling practices. Participants will learn how to identify ergonomic and manual handling hazards, perform risk assessments, and apply effective control measures.
This course is HRD Corp (HRDC / HRDF) claimable.

Day 1: Ergonomics Principles, Legal Framework & Risk Assessment
- Module 1 : Introduction to Ergonomics and Its Importance
- Module 2 : Legal Framework and DOSH Guidelines
- Module 3 : Ergonomic Risk Factors and Musculoskeletal Disorder (MSDs)
- Module 4 : Ergonomic Risk Assessment (ERA)
Day 2: Manual Handling Safety, Assessment & Risk Control
- Module 5 : Introduction to Manual Handling
- Module 6 : Manual Handling Risk Assessment
- Module 7 : Safe Manual Handling Techniques
- Module 8 : Risk Control and Workplace Ergonomic Improvement
Certification
Participants will receive a Richworks Corporate Training Certificate of Completion for Ergonomics & Manual Handling For Workplace Safety upon successfully completing the session.
