This 2-day intensive workshop breaks down the sales process into five clear, manageable steps. On the first day, we focus on the “Front End”: finding the right leads, getting your foot in the door with appointments, and using powerful questioning techniques to find out exactly what your customer needs. On the second day, we focus on the “Close”: building the trust necessary to handle objections and moving beyond a single sale into upselling and referrals. Through real-world role-plays and practical scripts, you will learn how to lead conversations naturally, handle “No” without fear, and build a pipeline that delivers results time after time.
