About this course
This 2-day intensive program simplifies the “language of money” for technical leaders. On the first day, we focus on the foundations: how to structure R&D costs, forecast revenue based on market demand, and use essential metrics like NPV and IRR to see if a project is worth the investment. On the second day, we get hands-on with Excel. You will learn how to build a complete financial model, test your assumptions through “what-if” scenarios, and evaluate different pathways like licensing or spin-offs. By the end of this course, you will be able to present data-driven financial insights that give stakeholders the confidence to greenlight your innovations
This course is HRD Corp (HRDC / HRDF) claimable.
