5 Big Changes Coming on June 15th 2026

HRD Corp has officially tightened enforcement, making the approval process “More Strict and Less Flexible.” Here is exactly what your HR team must prepare for:

Apply 14 Days Early
Grants must be approved at least 14 days prior to training start. Training without clear approval is completely barred.

1 Chance to Fix
Only 1 documentation query is permitted. Employers have exactly 5 days to fix errors or face instant application rejection.

Zero Changes Allowed
Approved details are locked. Changing Date, Venue, Trainer, Structure, or Cost requires total cancellation and a painful resubmission.

No Appeals
If your application gets rejected, you cannot ask for an appeal. There are absolutely no second chances.

Strict Checking
Stricter live audits on physical training and Remote Online Training (ROT). Claims match approvals exactly, or get blacklisted.
