This 2-day practical program simplifies the complexities of people management into actionable steps for everyday leaders. On the first day, we clarify the “Manager’s Role”—teaching you how to set clear expectations, give constructive feedback, and manage new joiners during their probation. On the second day, we focus on the “Human Side” of leadership: resolving workplace conflicts, identifying high-potential talent, and knowing exactly when to handle an issue yourself versus when to call in HR. Through real-world scenarios and structured frameworks, you will gain the confidence to lead a high-performing team while staying aligned with company policies and best practices.
