About this course
This two-day course teaches basic First Aid Awareness, and how to administer basic first aid in the workplace. In addition, the legal obligations for the factory owner, employers and any entity engaging in various manufacturing and industries are also taught. The training briefly covers certain Guidelines and Regulations under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)1994. Participants will learn the legal requirement for first aid for workplaces in Malaysia, plus requirement for a proper first aid room and recommended equipment. In addition, participants will learn basic knowledge and skills to administer various types of first aid for injuries sustained in the workplace.

- Manage various medical emergencies, including electrical shock, burns, fractures, and chemical poisoning.
- Safely execute casualty lifting, handling, and evacuation procedures while maintaining personal and workplace safety.
