This 2-day masterclass provides a clear, layman-friendly guide to the Environmental Quality Act 1974. On the first day, we focus on the foundations: understanding how the law has evolved and the strict rules for managing Scheduled Wastes (hazardous materials). On the second day, we tackle “Clean & Green” operations, covering the regulations for Industrial Effluent (wastewater) and Clean Air. You will learn how to identify environmental risks in your factory, manage reporting requirements, and implement best practices that satisfy Department of Environment (DOE) inspectors. This course is essential for moving beyond “basic compliance” to achieving sustainable, worry-free industrial operations.
