Strategic Leadership For Transformation Growth
Program Overview
The Strategic Leadership for Transformation Growth programme was successfully held on 7–8 April 2026 at the MBSA Convention Centre, gathering a dedicated group of supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders. This two-day intensive experience was designed to bridge the gap between daily management and high-level strategic execution, providing participants with the tools to lead effectively in an increasingly volatile business environment.
The programme moved beyond basic supervision, focusing on the ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and inspire organizational change. Programme Experience

Day 1 focused on Strategic Leadership Foundations. Participants delved into the core drivers of success vision, mission, and values and how these elements dictate leadership style. A significant portion of the day was dedicated to Strategic Thinking, where leaders practiced balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy. The afternoon sessions explored Business Acumen, helping participants understand market dynamics and the financial impact of their leadership decisions.
Day 2 transitioned into People Management & Influence, emphasizing the “human” element of transformation.
