HR For Non-Hr Managers: Managing People With Confidence And Clarity
Program Overview
The HR for Non-HR Managers: Managing People with Confidence and Clarity programme was successfully conducted on 13–14 April 2026 at the SACC (Shah Alam Convention Centre). Facilitated by expert trainer Selvendran, this two-day practical workshop brought together line managers, department heads, and technical leaders who are responsible for managing people but may not have a formal HR background.
The programme was designed to demystify HR processes and empower managers to take ownership of their team’s performance. The training moved beyond administrative tasks, focusing on the strategic role a manager plays in supporting organizational policies and best practices. By working through real workplace scenarios, participants gained the tools and confidence to handle sensitive people matters professionally, ensuring they can lead their teams effectively without needing to be HR specialists.
