Program Overview
The One Team, One Direction: Aligning Communication, Mindset & Leadership masterclass was successfully delivered on 19 May 2026 as an exclusive in-house program at the corporate office of Agensi Pekerjaan Melorita Sdn. Bhd. located in Amcorp Tower. Facilitated by the highly energetic dynamic team builder Mr. Noradli, this one-day intensive program was designed to dismantle internal communication silos and bridge operational gaps across all levels of the organization.
In today’s fast-paced recruitment and talent placement landscape, organizational success relies heavily on absolute alignment. When teams struggle with mixed working styles, unclear expectations, or communication barriers, it directly slows down collective progress.
