Partnering with Yamaha Electronics Mfg (M) Sdn Bhd for a second session at Weil Hotel, Ipoh to master LHDN e-Invoicing compliance and MyInvois API integration.

9 – 10 December 2025

Program Overview

The E-Invoicing: Essentials and Guides was successfully conducted on 18 July 2026 as an exclusive 1-day in-house program for Yamaha Electronics Mfg (M) Sdn Bhd at the Weil Hotel, Ipoh. Facilitated by the highly distinguished tax and financial compliance authority Mr. Tony Ho, this intensive masterclass marked the second successful training partnership with Yamaha, underscoring their continued trust in our corporate upskilling solutions.

As the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM / LHDN) accelerates the mandatory rollout of e-Invoicing across industries, corporate readiness is no longer optional it is a critical operational mandate. Transitioning to digital tax administration requires a comprehensive restructuring of invoicing workflows, ERP systems, and internal documentation. Building on our previous successful collaboration with Yamaha, this customized session was designed to equip their finance, accounting, IT, and operational leaders with an ironclad, practical roadmap to navigate LHDN’s MyInvois ecosystem with zero compliance errors.

Programme Experience

Set against the modern background of the Weil Hotel in Ipoh, the full-day training brought together a high-caliber cohort comprising Finance Managers, Accountants, IT Specialists, Tax Officers, and Operational Executives from Yamaha. The atmosphere was charged with high analytical focus and strategic alignment.

Mr. Tony Ho opened the morning session by breaking down the E-Invoice Guidelines and Usage Framework. Participants analyzed the structural benefits of e-Invoicing alongside the severe penalties associated with non-compliance. The session quickly evolved into a practical deep dive as Mr. Ho walked the Yamaha team through transaction fields, document validation processes, and the technical mechanics of API integration for large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

The afternoon session tackled real-world business execution during the E-Invoice Methods & MyInvois Portal workshops. Under Mr. Ho’s precise guidance, attendees navigated step-by-step simulations for issuing self-billed e-invoices, handling disbursements, and managing grace-period exceptions. The interactive environment allowed Yamaha’s cross-functional team to openly address company-specific workflow challenges, mapping out actionable steps for immediate implementation. The session concluded with a mutual commitment to tax digitalization excellence, leaving the Yamaha team fully empowered, technically prepared, and seamlessly aligned for LHDN compliance.
