Program Overview
Following the successful completion of the operational-level baseline training, the Practical 7S for Warehouse Excellence (Management Edition) was officially conducted on 20 August 2026 as an exclusive 1-day in-house follow-up program for SNT Global Logistics Sdn Bhd. Facilitated once again by renowned supply chain strategist Mr. Hidzir, this high-level session targeted the organization’s management, leadership, and supervisory tiers to establish top-down governance, policy alignment, and sustainable 7S execution.
While front-line operators handle daily floor execution, long-term operational excellence relies heavily on management drive, clear auditing structures, and consistent enforcement. Building upon the groundwork laid in the previous operational cohort, this second installation focused on shifting leadership mindsets from basic oversight to strategic coaching. Managers and heads of departments were equipped with advanced audit frameworks, root-cause resolution strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to embed a permanent culture of 7S discipline across all logistics hubs.

Programme Experience
Hosted on-site at the SNT Global Logistics office, the atmosphere throughout this second edition was highly strategic, analytical, and goal-oriented. Designed specifically for Managers, Operations Heads, Warehouse Executives, and Senior Leads, the masterclass focused on policy-level execution and operational auditing.
Mr. Hidzir opened the morning modules by analyzing the progress made since the first operational training. He guided the management team through Executive 7S Leadership & Governance, emphasizing how managerial habits directly dictate warehouse floor discipline. The leadership team engaged in intense discussions around policy standardization, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
In the afternoon, the cohort participated in an Executive Warehouse Walkthrough & Audit Calibration. Leading the floor inspection alongside Mr. Hidzir, managers audited current storage zones, rack safety protocols, and visual controls this time from a supervisory and policy-checking perspective. The session concluded with a strategic planning workshop where the management team crafted a unified 7S audit roadmap and continuous improvement framework, leaving SNT Global Logistics’ leadership fully aligned to drive world-class warehouse excellence.
