The Coaching Mindset for Leaders: Turning Conversations into Results masterclass was successfully conducted on 30 July 2026 as an exclusive 1-day in-house program hosted at the corporate office of Techhaus Sdn Bhd. Facilitated by the esteemed leadership development and human capital expert Dr. Aishah, this customized masterclass was engineered to transform traditional directive management into an empowering, results-driven coaching culture.

The energy inside the Techhaus Sdn Bhd office was highly intellectual, collaborative, and transformative. Bringing together Managers, Department Heads, Supervisors, and High-Potential Leaders, the workshop created a psychologically safe space for leaders to evaluate their communication styles and refine their management approach.
Dr. Aishah kicked off the morning session with a deep dive into Coaching Skills & Frameworks, unpacking the fundamental shifts between directing employees and coaching them toward self-directed solutions. Under Dr. Aishah’s direct, insightful feedback, the cohort learned how to build accountability without creating friction.
