The Leadership Excellence for Organizational Success masterclass was successfully conducted from 26 to 27 August 2026 as an intensive 2-day public corporate program for Tripeer Distribution Sdn Bhd at Thinkhub, i-City Shah Alam. Facilitated by the distinguished leadership strategist Mr. Hidzir, this immersive workshop was designed to elevate supervisory and managerial capabilities, shift mindsets, and drive sustainable organizational growth.

Programme Experience
Set in the modern work environment of Thinkhub at i-City Shah Alam, the 2-day session offered a highly interactive, collaborative, and reflective space for professional growth. Bringing together managers, department heads, and key executives from Tripeer Distribution, the masterclass turned complex leadership concepts into actionable workplace practices.
Day 1 focused on Leadership Mindset & Strategic Leadership. Mr. Hidzir opened with self-assessment exercises to help participants identify their core leadership strengths and gap areas. Day 2 shifted focus to Leading Communication, Conflict & Change. Participants engaged in active role-plays mastering the 5 Cs of communication, practical root-cause analysis (PSDM), and strategies for managing conflict. Under Mr. Hidzir’s guidance, the session concluded with navigating leadership through volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments, leaving the Tripeer Distribution cohort fully equipped to inspire their teams and lead toward organizational excellence.
