Program Overview
The One Team, One Direction: Aligning Communication, Mindset & Leadership workshop was successfully conducted on 23 August 2026 as an exclusive 1-day in-house corporate team retreat for Evenfit Consult Sdn Bhd at the scenic Puteri Bayu Resort, Pulau Pangkor. Facilitated by the energetic team-building and organizational transformation expert Mr. Noradli, this high-impact program was custom-designed to bridge communication gaps, realign working mindsets, and unify leadership direction across all levels of the organization.
In any fast-paced consulting firm, misaligned expectations, differing communication styles, and siloed decision-making can hinder overall team effectiveness. Taking the team away from the routine office environment to an inspiring island retreat allowed participants to step back, reflect, and reset. Designed to cultivate trust and psychological safety, this 1-day masterclass provided Evenfit Consult’s staff with practical communication tools, collaborative problem-solving frameworks, and a shared commitment to accountability and organizational goals.

Programme Experience
Set against the tropical backdrop of Puteri Bayu Resort on Pangkor Island, the atmosphere throughout the day was vibrant, highly engaging, and deeply unifying. Bringing together Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Executives, and Support Staff, the retreat transformed the island venue into an interactive team-alignment hub.
Mr. Noradli kicked off the morning session with Understanding High-Performing Teams & Building Trust. Through immersive ice-breakers and experiential bonding activities, participants broke down hierarchical barriers, reflecting on team dynamics and the foundation of mutual trust.
The afternoon session escalated into high-energy group challenges during the Effective Communication, Collaboration & Leadership modules. Under Mr. Noradli’s dynamic facilitation, attendees tackled real workplace scenarios practicing active listening, navigating communication friction, and executing joint problem-solving drills.
