The One Team, One Direction: Aligning Communication, Mindset & Leadership workshop was successfully conducted on 28 August 2026 as an exclusive 1-day in-house corporate training program for NovaAir Industrial Gases Sdn Bhd at their client office located in Tropicana Gardens Office, Petaling Jaya. Facilitated by the renowned corporate trainer and organizational development strategist Mr. Will Teh, this high-energy session was designed to break down operational silos, enhance communication clarity, and foster a unified leadership mindset across departments.

Programme Experience
Hosted on-site at NovaAir’s corporate office in Tropicana Gardens, Petaling Jaya, the atmosphere was interactive, reflective, and results-oriented. The workshop brought together Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors, Executives, and Operational Personnel for an intensive day of team recalibration.
Mr. Will Teh opened the morning session with Understanding High-Performing Teams & Building Trust. Through engaging ice-breakers and experiential team exercises, participants explored team development stages, identifying common operational friction points and establishing mutual respect.
The afternoon session escalated into practical group simulations during the Communication, Collaboration & Accountability modules.
