Program Overview

The E-Invoice Compliance & Implementation training was successfully conducted on 19–20 May 2026 at the prestigious SACC (Shah Alam Convention Centre). Facilitated by the expert compliance trainer, Mrs. Fazrina, this two-day comprehensive masterclass arrived at a critical juncture for Malaysian businesses navigating the Inland Revenue Board’s (LHDN) phased rollout toward mandatory digital tax administration. 

Transitioning to e-Invoicing is more than a simple IT update; it represents a major structural shift in how businesses handle financial transparency, cash flow, and tax compliance. This training was designed to demystify LHDN’s regulatory timelines, technical frameworks, and specific data requirements. Bringing together business owners, finance professionals, and IT administrators, the program focused on stripping away the confusion surrounding digital compliance, helping organizations minimize transitional disruptions while building an error-free, modernized billing ecosystem.

Day 1 was dedicated to e-Invoice Essentials & Compliance Basics. Mrs. Fazrina expertly guided the room through the initial compliance landscape, mapping out the phased rollout based on turnover tiers. Participants broke down the core terms, data sharing workflows between LHDN and Customs (JKDM), and examined the mandatory 55 data fields required for valid submission. The afternoon concluded with an invaluable look at the 24 Scenario Illustration Guidelines, giving attendees concrete, real-world examples of how everyday business transactions translate into the new digital tax format.

Day 2 raised the bar with Practical Application & API Workflow. The session shifted into a highly focused digital lab environment. Participants walked step-by-step through the MyInvois Portal interface updating preferences, generating QR codes, and mastering the issuance of standard invoices, self-billed notes, and complex consolidated variations. The energy peaked during the live API technical walkthroughs, where system administrators and tech-minded professionals observed real-time data streaming and validation. The masterclass wrapped up with an open, deep-dive Q&A session and a strategic overview of financial grants, leaving the attendees completely prepared to lead their organizations confidently into the new era of transparent digital tax compliance.
